A cohort of React Native engineers with 3–5 years’ experience is ready for their final screening, and I need each of them assessed in a live, camera-on Google Meet session. Your own background must show at least six years of day-to-day React Native development across both Android and iOS, plus a track record of running technical interviews. I will put the spotlight on your technical depth first; soft-skill coaching can come later. During each interview please probe: • real-time coding skills in React Native • breadth of Android and iOS platform knowledge • familiarity with modern app-development best practices After every call, capture concise notes and a clear hire / hold / no-hire recommendation so our internal team can move quickly. Send a detailed project proposal that explains how you structure a one-hour technical interview, the tools you prefer for shared coding or white-boarding, and how you present feedback. I’ll review proposals and confirm the schedule.
