I’m building a two-sided mobile experience where, instead of hailing a bike, users can instantly connect with the closest fruit shop and place an order. The core idea mirrors Rapido’s slick user flow—open the app, select the fruits, once done get intimation to fruit shop .if shop owner likes the order he will accept and sent the order. Scope • Native releases for both iOS and Android from a single code-base or parallel builds—whichever you are most comfortable delivering. • An interactive map is the heart of discovery: the moment the app opens, nearby shops appear as pins, auto-sorted by proximity. • Users can open a shop card, choose items, check real-time order status, and pay without leaving the app. • Standard order tracking (accepted, packed, out for delivery, complete) should update live. • Secure payment integration is essential; Stripe or Razorpay are both fine, but suggest what fits best. Deliverables 1. Production-ready iOS and Android binaries plus source code. 2. Admin or merchant panel to onboard and manage fruit shops (basic CRUD is enough for v1). 3. API documentation and a short hand-off guide so my in-house team can maintain and scale. 4. A brief walk-through of the deployment process to App Store and Play Store. Acceptance • Map loads pins in <3 seconds on a standard 4G connection. • End-to-end order flow (browse → pay → track) runs without crashes on the latest two OS versions for both platforms. • Payments settle in test mode during demo.
