I want to launch a browser-based quiz platform that can be used on any desktop or laptop operating system. The core flow is simple: I add multiple-choice questions through an admin dashboard, the system shows the options to users, they answer while offline if they wish, and later I confirm the correct choices. Each correct response increases the user’s displayed balance, while every wrong one deducts from it, so the total payout adjusts in real time as their performance is graded. Three distinct roles have to coexist: • Admin – full control to create, edit and grade questions and manage payouts. • Moderator – ability to review flagged content or user activity but without payment authority. • User – answers questions, sees their running earnings, and nothing more. Because access is exclusively through a standard web browser, I’m leaning toward a lightweight, responsive front end (React, Vue or similar) and a secure back end (Node/Express, Django, etc.) with a relational database to track sessions, answers and balances. Offline capability is essential, so a Progressive Web App approach with service workers and local storage makes sense. Please plan for clear endpoints or scripts that: 1. Import/export question sets in bulk. 2. Sync offline answers once the user reconnects. 3. Recalculate earnings instantly when I tick the correct choices. If you have prior experience building multi-user PWAs or reward-based quiz engines, let me see a quick demo link or repo in your bid.
