From that information I’ll need workable 2D layouts, construction-ready details, and convincing 3D renders for both interiors and façades. AutoCAD remains our baseline for technical drawings, while SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Lumion, or an equivalent pipeline that produces clean, lifelike imagery is welcome for the visuals. Typical deliverables per project • Concept and detailed 2D drawings in layered .dwg • High-resolution 3D renders (4K minimum) covering interior spaces and exterior elevations • Source model files with textures and lighting intact • One concept presentation plus two revision rounds included Turnaround and communication are key; contractors must be able to build directly from your drawings without back-and-forth, and clients expect clear progress updates.
