Murena is hiring a Product Support / Customer Success Specialist to support users during the launch of the Murena apps on Android and Windows this October. We are looking for someone who is an active user of both Android and Windows. Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and support for users onboarding to the Murena apps. - Resolve technical issues and answer user queries. - Collect feedback from users and share insights with the product team. - Help improve the overall user experience. Requirements: - Experience in customer support, product support, or customer success roles. - Active user of Android smartphones and Windows PCs. - Strong communication skills in English.
