We’ve built an insurance-focused app and are beginning Play Store launch. We need a hands-on product/GTM operator who communicates exceptionally well to take us from MVP to general availability, run early agency pilots, set pricing/onboarding, stand up support & success, and help prepare a seed raise (deck, metrics story, light data room). Prior experience launching mobile apps and working with insurance agencies or insurtech is strongly preferred. Deliverables: Launch Plan: 30/60/90-day plan to go GA (activation paths, key metrics, feedback loops). Pilot Motion: Recruit 3–5 pilot agencies; define success criteria; run onboarding/check-ins; capture testimonials/case studies. Pricing & Onboarding: Propose initial pricing, free trial, and a crisp agency onboarding checklist (carrier setup, document upload, roles/permissions). Support & Ops: Set up a lightweight support pipeline (FAQs, macros, status page) and success cadence (renewals, usage reviews). Metrics & Reporting: Define and implement a simple dashboard (activation, retention, usage by feature, support SLAs). Fundraising Prep: Draft/iterate the pitch deck, basic data room artifacts, and outreach list; join investor calls. GTM Assets: Store listing copy, landing page brief, demo script, and one-pager.
