Prepare STL for FDM Printing

I already have the base .stl file and I need it taken the last mile so I can drop it straight onto an FDM printer running PLA. The design itself is finished; what’s missing is the print-readiness. Here’s what I need you to handle: • Check and correct the overall scale so the prototype matches the dimensions in the original CAD notes. • Add or integrate the support structures required for reliable FDM output in PLA. • Make any minor mesh repairs—non-manifold edges, flipped normals or stray shells—so the slicer (I’m using PrusaSlicer, but the file should stay slicer-agnostic) loads it cleanly with zero error messages. Deliverables 1. A fully watertight, print-ready .stl. 2. A quick summary of the adjustments you performed, plus any slicer settings you recommend (layer height, infill, support density) so I can reproduce the result on my end. If you prefer working in Meshmixer, Netfabb, Blender, SolidWorks, or a similar toolset, that’s fine—just keep the final output in standard .stl. I’ll review the file by test-slicing and call the job complete as soon as the model previews without warnings.
