I’m bringing a compact indoor electronics module to market and need a purpose-built enclosure for an initial batch of just 10 units—seven in injection-moulded plastic, three in sheet-metal. The housing must: • Fit our internal electrical panel while giving clean access to all connectors and ports • Integrate a luggage-style handle and small rear wheels for easy transport inside a lab or office • Maintain safe clearances, mounting bosses and ventilation appropriate for an indoor environment What I expect from you – Concept refinement based on a short call and my dimensional sketches – Manufacturable 3D CAD models (STEP or SolidWorks native) for both material versions – Exploded and fully dimensioned drawings plus a simple BOM so my prototype shop can quote immediately – A quick tolerance check to ensure plastic clips, metal bends and fastener locations remain identical across both versions I’ll review the CAD in two rounds: an initial layout check and a final sign-off once everything nests correctly around the board stack, connectors and handle mechanism.
