I have two existing process plants that must be captured in Autodesk Plant 3D from the ground up. All legacy information is already available as digital files, so no site scanning is required at this stage. What I need is a disciplined, detail-oriented modeller (or a small multidisciplinary team) who can translate those files into a clean, clash-free 3D environment and generate the associated documentation. Scope of work • Full‐scale Plant 3D model of both facilities, covering structural steel, complete piping systems, and all electrical & instrumentation runs. • Roughly 60 + P&IDs produced or updated to match the model. • Integration of about 80 major equipment items with accurate nozzles, tags, and metadata. Acceptance criteria • Models open natively in Plant 3D 2024 without missing references. • P&IDs follow the existing tag convention and cross-reference back to the 3D items. • ISO extraction runs without errors; clash reports show zero high-severity clashes. All native Plant 3D files, updated P&ID PDFs, and an exported Navisworks NWD will be handed over at the end. If you bring solid experience in process, mechanical, civil/structural, piping, or E&I detailing, I’m ready to lock in milestones and get started right away.
