I already have the full Revit models for a series of prefabricated houses and now need high-quality, photorealistic visuals that will make them shine in a client presentation. The focus is exclusively on exterior views placed in a pleasant suburban context—think tidy lawns, modest landscaping and natural daylight that shows off materials and massing without looking overly staged. You will receive the Revit files along with any material schedules I’ve assigned. Feel free to handle the scene in the software you are most comfortable with—Lumion, Enscape or similar—as long as the final images are crisp, properly lit and believable. Deliverables • A set of still renders (one render only for each house, they are 10 houses that are similar but with different silight size changes) at 4K resolution. • Source files or layered output so that minor post-production tweaks can be made later if needed. • A short summary of the render settings and assets used for easy future replication. I’m ready to send the files immediately and would like first drafts within a few days so we can lock any adjustments before the final export.
