I have complete 2-D architectural drawings for a set of factory buildings and now need high-impact, realistic exterior visuals suitable for a marketing brochure and website launch. The goal is to translate the plans into photoreal 3-D renders that showcase materials, lighting, and landscaping exactly as the finished site will look. Scope • Model the factory exteriors directly from my CAD/PDF drawings. • Apply true-to-life materials, textures, and environmental lighting; night and day scenarios are welcome if they enhance presentation value. • Deliver a series of high-resolution stills (minimum 4K) from agreed camera angles plus the editable source file (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or similar) so future tweaks remain possible. Key Requirements • Purpose: Marketing—images must be visually striking and client-ready. • Style: Realistic, not conceptual. • Detail: High; all cladding, windows, signage and site elements must use accurate textures and believable lighting/shadows. Acceptance The project is complete when the renders align with the 2-D drawings, materials read naturally in daylight, and final images are received in both JPG/PNG and original project format. One revision round for minor adjustments is included to ensure the visuals meet marketing standards.
