I am breaking a larger four-phase mobile project into manageable milestones and I am ready to start with Phase 1. In this first slice I want a straightforward shop / company module that lets an owner toggle the business status to “open” or “closed”, publish a list of services, and chat in real time with customers. The build must run natively on both iOS and Android, so please use a shared codebase solution you are comfortable with—Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, or any other modern stack that achieves smooth, identical behaviour on both stores. Key features to deliver in this phase • Open / Close functionality that updates instantly for every user • Service listings that the owner can add, edit or remove on the fly • In-app chat (one-to-one for now) with basic push notifications I will supply brand assets and wireframes; you supply the full source code, minimal yet clean UI, and step-by-step build instructions so I can compile and publish to TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing. When you send your bid, include a detailed project proposal outlining: • Your recommended tech stack and why • Estimated timeline and intermediate milestones • Any third-party services or libraries you intend to use for chat or real-time updates I will review proposals primarily on the clarity of your approach and how well they set us up for the next three phases.
