This phase is strictly technical cleanup and indexation reconstruction. We are not looking for content writing, blogging, or backlinks in this phase. The scope must include the following: 1. Canonical & Duplicate Suppression Implement canonical tags for product variants, sorting, and filtered URLs Enforce one clean canonical URL per page Prevent indexation of duplicate and thin pages 3. Sitemap & Robots Control Create clean XML sitemaps including only indexable pages Remove thin/duplicate/filter URLs from sitemap Update robots.txt to block parameter and filter crawl paths 4. Core Web Vitals & Speed Optimization Implement CDN (Cloudflare or equivalent) Convert images to WebP/AVIF using next/image Lazy-load product grids and images Achieve: LCP < 2.5s CLS < 0.1 INP < 200ms 5. Static Pre-Rendering Enable static generation (SSG) for all: Category pages Subcategory pages City landing pages Ensure pages are crawlable with full HTML rendered (no JS-only pages) 6. Schema Markup Product schema ItemList schema for categories Organization & LocalBusiness schema Breadcrumb schema 7. Broken URLs & Redirects Identify and fix 404/soft-404 pages Implement 301 redirects for removed/merged URLs Fix broken internal links 8.
