I already have WordPress running on Hostinger with both niwasnest.in and niwasnest.com pointing to it. Now I need the install turned into the public face of NiwasNest, a PG / hostel aggregation brand that will launch with Hotel Royal Suite plus a handful of partner PGs. The home page must open with a quick search that lets visitors filter by city and budget, then showcase featured properties. Each property will live on its own listing page displaying high-quality photos, clear pricing, a concise amenities list and an embedded Google Map for location context. Converting visitors is crucial, so every listing (and the header) needs three contact options: a booking form, a general enquiry form, and a floating WhatsApp/chat button tied to my business number. I’d also like a reviews section that links to our current Google ratings and can later auto-pull fresh reviews. Standard pages—About, Contact and a lightweight blog—should share the same design language and come ready for me to add content. The blog structure has to be SEO-friendly from day one so posts rank quickly. Performance is non-negotiable: the site must feel instant on mobile, score well on Core Web Vitals, and remain simple enough for a non-technical user to edit via a visual builder (Elementor, Gutenberg or similar).
