I need a cross-platform application, accessible on both iOS and Android, that lets a small team of 7–8 staff members enter daily petrol-pump billing data. I would like it built on a Google-based no-code/low-code stack—AppSheet, Apps Script, Google Sheets or any combination you think best—so we can avoid writing the entire application from scratch yet still keep full control over future tweaks. Three distinct access levels must work smoothly: • User access – staff enter or amend only their own billing entries. • Manager access – a manager reviews those entries and marks any that need attention, but can’t override admin settings. • Admin access – full edit and configuration rights, including creating new users, locking days, and managing control panels. Essential functionality • A clean Billing Entry Form that opens quickly on mobile, with date, nozzle, quantity, rate, amount, payment mode and remarks. • A central Admin Control Panel where I can view day-book totals, reconcile cash vs. card, and export or share PDFs. • Automated logs of edits/approvals so I always know who changed what, and when. The flow should be simple: users submit entries, the manager does a quick completeness check, then the admin signs off and locks the record for the day. If you can implement push notifications or colour flags for missing data that would be a plus. Deliverables 1. Fully functional AppSheet (or comparable Google platform) prototype shared to my Workspace. 2. Tested iOS & Android deployment links. 3. Brief documentation showing how to add users, adjust fields, and manage access rules.
