I'm looking Performance Marketing & Marketing Analytics Specialist (Freelancer) Role Overview We are looking for a freelance marketing expert who can set up, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns while implementing user behavior tracking and analytics to improve conversion rates for our mobile app. The candidate should have strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, event tracking, and marketing automation tools like CleverTap. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing Setup Create and manage campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, UAC/App campaigns) Optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition 2. Event Tracking & Analytics Set up event tracking for user journey such as: App Install Sign Up Package View Booking Started Payment Initiated Payment Completed Implement conversion tracking and attribution 3. Tool Integration Setup and configure: CleverTap (user behaviour tracking & automation) Firebase / GA4 Meta Pixel / Conversion API Google Tag Manager App install attribution tools (if needed) 4. Funnel Optimization Analyze and optimize the marketing funnel: Ad → App Install → Signup → Package Selection → Payment Identify drop-offs and suggest improvements. 5. Marketing Automation Using CleverTap: Set up push notifications Set up behavior-based campaigns Retarget users who drop before payment Create user segmentation 6.
