The site is built using Elementor and has seven main pages, some of which will become premium, paywall-protected content. Project Scope 1. Payment System Configuration (PayPal & Venmo) • Review and verify that my existing PayPal and Venmo integrations are correctly configured. • If the setup is not working or incomplete, I’ll need your help to properly configure both payment methods from scratch. • Confirm that transactions, webhooks, and subscription triggers are working as intended. • Ensure that both payment methods are fully integrated with the WordPress system and connected to user accounts. 2. Monthly Subscription System Setup • I currently have PayPal connected, but I need your help to implement a working monthly subscription model. • Configure the logic so that each user account is linked to their active subscription status. • Restrict certain pages (premium content) to active subscribers only. • Set up automated checks so that if a user’s subscription is inactive or canceled, access is revoked. • Provide clear guidance or a simple process that allows users to cancel their subscription at any time through their account or PayPal. • Ensure all payment confirmations, subscription status updates, and access permissions sync correctly between WordPress and PayPal. 3. User Flow and Access Control • The site should allow anyone to create a free account, browse the public pages, and view non-premium content. • Premium pages must prompt users to subscribe or log in if they do not have an active subscription. • Make sure all user roles and permissions are correctly configured for this paywall system. Technical Requirements • Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor. • Experience with PayPal and Venmo integration, including subscriptions and webhooks. • Familiarity with membership or paywall plugins such as MemberPress, WooCommerce Subscriptions, Paid Memberships Pro, or Restrict Content Pro. • Ability to recommend the best plugin setup for long-term scalability and ease of management. Communication & Work Style • Must speak and write fluent English — communication clarity is essential. • Must be available to start immediately and remain responsive during setup. • Should be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to take direction quickly. • Professional attitude required — no delays, no rudeness, no “wait” responses when action is needed.
