Expert Avada Partner for Collaborative Website Build (15-40 Hours) Job Description: Hello, I am looking for an experienced WordPress Avada specialist to act as my collaborative partner in refining and building out a new, website for our brand, Sterac. This is a partnership. I am a strategist and will be working on the site's content, structure, and some backend technical aspects. Your role is to be my hands-on expert for all things related to layout, design precision, and Avada's technical implementation. Your Key Responsibilities: Layout & Styling: Solving small but crucial layout issues like element alignment, managing whitespace (padding/margins), and ensuring a visually perfect and professional look. Responsive Design: Ensuring every page is perfectly responsive on both desktop and mobile devices. If necessary, creating separate mobile-optimized versions of specific elements. Technical Troubleshooting: Assisting with and implementing technical solutions for any Avada-specific challenges we encounter. Blueprint Creation: We will work together to perfect a few core "blueprint" pages, which will then be used as templates for other product pages. Required Skills: Expert-level, proven experience with the WordPress Avada theme and Avada Builder. Strong CSS skills to override or fine-tune styles when the builder options are not sufficient. A keen eye for design, detail, and visual balance. Fluent in English for clear, real-time communication. A collaborative, problem-solving mindset. How We Will Work: Real-Time Collaboration: It is crucial that you are available to work online simultaneously with me. We will communicate via chat or screen share to give instructions and make adjustments in real-time. This is a dynamic, hands-on project. Agile Approach: The work will be varied as we tackle issues as they arise. Time & Payment: I estimate this project will take between 15-40 hours. Hours will only be counted when we are actively working together. I am happy to create and release milestones every 4 hours of completed work to ensure a smooth payment process. Timeline: I am looking to get the majority of this work done within the next 2-3 days (working part-time hours).
