I’m expanding the mobile arm of our lead-to-provider matching platform and need a mid-level engineer who can jump in part-time and make an immediate impact. The core app is written in Flutter and Dart, but some legacy and companion modules live in React Native, with the occasional Swift or Kotlin touch-up—so being comfortable switching contexts is essential. You’ll be shaping new features from scratch, refining existing ones, and keeping the overall architecture clean, modular, and ready to scale. Typical work includes full-cycle app development: crafting UI, wiring business logic, integrating APIs, and hardening performance on both iOS and Android. While the initial focus is on our main product, spin-off business, social, and e-commerce–oriented mini-apps are queued up next, so variety is guaranteed. Deliverables will revolve around: • Production-ready Flutter code that follows best practices • Clear, concise documentation that lets any teammate pick up where you left off • Short demo builds for internal testing and stakeholder reviews Success for each milestone is simple: the build compiles, the agreed feature works end-to-end without regressions, and the codebase remains readable and testable.
