Our WordPress site already runs on Paid Membership Pro, but the way I originally set up member accounts has become messy and hard to report on. I want to reorganise the entire membership architecture so that every user sits in a clearly defined level, their permissions are predictable, and the data they generate is captured in a way I can actually use. Here’s what I need: • Review the current PMP configuration and map out an improved structure for tiers, add-ons and user roles • Implement the new hierarchy in the plugin, migrating existing members without disruption • Configure custom fields or reports (whether through PMP’s built-in tools, MemberHistory, or a lightweight SQL / REST solution) so I can quickly see sign-ups, churn, upgrades and key engagement events • Optimise the front-end “My Account” page so members instantly know where they stand and what’s available to them • Provide a short hand-over document explaining the new setup and how to pull the tracking numbers Please be comfortable working directly in a staging environment first, then pushing changes live once tested.
