My priorities are: • Task automation – Build or refine Workflow Automation so pipeline stages update automatically when deals hit set milestones. – Minimize manual data entry and ensure activities stay in sync across contacts, deals, and organizations. • Faster, richer reporting – Configure Insights or custom API scripts so reports load quickly, even with large data sets. – Create detailed custom reports that drill into conversion rates, win-loss reasons, and rep performance. – Schedule a weekly emailed report that lands in my inbox as a PDF/Excel summary without me clicking a thing. • Clean, actionable dashboards – Design dashboards that surface the metrics leadership cares about at a glance—open deals, forecast, and activity health. – Keep layouts uncluttered and visually consistent so reps can spot issues instantly. I’m open to native Pipedrive features, Marketplace apps, or light-weight integrations with Zapier, Make/Integromat, or direct API work—whichever keeps the workflow reliable and maintainable. Deliverables: documented workflow automations, working reports/dashboards, and a short handover video or call so I can adjust settings later.
