Our team wants to build a brand-new application around OpenAI’s just-released App SDK and we’d like to do it side-by-side with someone who can explain every step. Fluency in English and a natural instinct for teaching are essential, as the top priority is knowledge transfer while we co-develop the first working version together. What we hope the engagement looks like • Short, frequent video sessions where you walk us through the latest docs, patterns and gotchas. • Live coding (Python or Node.js—your choice) to scaffold an MVP that calls the Chat Completions endpoint, registers a tool/function, and wires it up through the new App SDK workflow. • Clear explanations of why you structure the code the way you do so we can maintain and extend it ourselves. The tech stack OpenAI App SDK (primary focus), with the flexibility to touch Tools and Functions if it helps demonstrate best practices. A Git-based workflow and either Flask/FastAPI or Express/Koa for the web layer are fine—feel free to steer us toward what you know works. Acceptance criteria 1. Running demo app that compiles and produces a successful ChatGPT response using the App SDK. 2. Well-commented source code pushed to our private repo. 3.
