I am ready to kick-off a lightweight, open-source billing solution that small retail and service-based businesses can start using immediately. In this first phase I only need an MVP that proves the core flow works smoothly across iOS, Android and any modern browser. Scope of this phase • Web, iOS and Android front ends sharing a single codebase where practical (Flutter, React Native, Ionic or similar is fine). • Simple sign-in → dashboard funnel with these ready-to-use widgets: – Sales reports (daily / monthly totals). – Expense tracking with basic add / edit / delete. – Credit-due reminders that can be sent via WhatsApp share link. • Printable / sharable receipt generated as PDF or thermal-printer text. • Lightweight CRM panel so I can track users, view their activity and toggle account status. • Straightforward data model that lets different businesses keep their own ledgers without seeing each other’s information. • Clear instructions on how to deploy the web app to a standard VPS and publish the mobile apps for internal testing. Tech preferences Open-source stack only. I am flexible on the exact framework as long as the repo is clean, well commented and easy for other contributors to extend. Deliverables 1. Source code pushed to my GitHub organisation. 2. Database schema and seed script. 3. Step-by-step deployment guide (Markdown). 4. Short screen-share walk-through of the working MVP.
