I need a fresh concept for a commercial, open-plan office that promotes collaboration while still giving teams pockets of quiet focus. The space will sit in an empty shell with a clear ceiling height and glazing along two sides. Deliverables 1. Scaled 2D floor plan (DWG + PDF). 2. Annotated furniture and equipment schedule. 3. High-resolution 3D views or SketchUp/Revit model of the key zones. 4. Finishes palette with product references that can be sourced locally. Acceptance criteria – Layout meets local code clearances and fits 25 open seats plus 8 hot-desks. – Sight lines remain unobstructed from entrance to glazing. – Reverberation controlled below 0.6 s in collaborative zones (acoustic panels or suspended baffles). – Final package ready for hand-off to my GC and MEP consultant.
