I’m looking for a long-term partner who can take full ownership of our Moodle site so I can focus on teaching. The day-to-day revolves around three pillars: enrolling and supporting students, shaping and updating courses, and keeping the platform technically sound. 1. User management & support Handle enrolments, password resets, cohort creation, forum moderation, and general help-desk queries so every learner feels looked after. 2. Course creation & updates I already have slide decks, videos, and quizzes; your job is to convert that material into well-structured Moodle activities, apply consistent styling, set completion rules, and roll out updates as our curriculum evolves. 3. System maintenance & upgrades Plan and execute core upgrades, vet and stage plugins, run automated backups, optimise cron jobs, and monitor performance to ensure zero unexpected downtime. Our programs serve school-age students, so reliability, quick turnaround, and a clean user experience matter. Familiarity with Moodle 4.x, Boost-based theme tweaks, and basic CSS/PHP will help you hit the ground running. Success looks like this: courses live on schedule, student questions answered within 24 hours, and the LMS always running the latest stable release. If that sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s discuss how we can work together for the long haul.
