The patented OS UniFlo damping technology was developed to help solve the current issues that exist {to some degree} in all vehicles, particularly heavy duty trucks and trailers. Those issues include; high vehicle maintenance due to early shock failure (show leaking shock photo), early tire wear (show tire wear photo) and cargo damage (show cargo damage photo) due to uneven and inconsistent suspension damping. By combining the OS UniFlo technology with the onboard vehicle’s air system (show the fly away/fly in animation again), all wheel corners receive damping forces as dictated by the road conditions during operation, therefore providing a suspension system damping that adapts to road conditions. The OP Air Adaptive System easily and economically connects to the vehicles’ existing air suspension system that utilizes standard shocks by removing the worn-out shocks and replacing with air adaptive OS UniFlo shocks and connecting the provided air hose system (show a single suspension corner with fly away/flu in animation). No electronics are needed as each wheel corner damping is proportional to the load required by each independent air spring (bag).
