The design must be bold, modern, and highly responsive to the extreme hot and dry climate. ________________________________________ Building 1: Flagship Corporate House (G+4) Scope • Function: Corporate headquarters (Logistics Company). • Aesthetics: Strong, modern massing using clean, rectangular lines (no curves). • Climate/Sustainability: Must feature passive shading elements (fins/louvers) on South & West façades to address the hot/dry Ahmedabad climate. Must integrate solar consideration and green principles. • Key Features: Concept for stepped terraces with landscaping, and open-to-sky courtyards adjacent to top-floor director cabins. • Materials: Conceptual palette of glass, concrete, and steel frames. • Deliverable: Schematic floor plans and exterior massing concept. ________________________________________ Building 2: High-Rise Commercial Building (G+10) Scope • Function: G+3 Retail, G+7 Office Complex. • Aesthetics: Minimalist, sharp lines, and clear forms complementing the Corporate House. • Key Features: Conceptual consideration of stepped terraces on the sides to provide terrace garden access for office tenants. • Deliverable: Schematic floor plans and exterior massing concept only (no detailed CDs required).
