I need a tailor-made LAB module for Odoo 17 that will let my manufacturing team record every product sample and immediately see what stage it is in. All entries will be done manually for now, so the interface must be fast, error-tolerant, and easy for operators who are not barcode or RFID experts. Later on I may add scanning options, but the first milestone is a rock-solid manual entry flow. Once the data is in, I want decision-ready insight, not raw tables. The module should generate interactive reports that combine: • Real-time analytics (current queue, pending tests, turnaround times) • Historical trend views (weekly, monthly, yearly) • Side-by-side comparison charts for batches, lines, or shifts Charts need to refresh inside the Odoo dashboard, with drill-downs that open the original record. Because this LAB will touch purchasing, inventory, and quality apps, the code has to respect Odoo conventions so I can upgrade or plug into other modules later without hacks.
