OCPP Charging Apps & Server

I need a full-stack solution that lets me run and monetise a network of EV chargers through the Open Charge Point Protocol. The job spans three tightly connected parts: • An OCPP-compliant central server (ideally 1.6-J and ready for 2.0 upgrade) that can register stations, push firmware, set tariffs and collect real-time session data. A simple web dashboard for admins will be enough as long as every endpoint is also exposed through a documented REST/JSON API. • Native user apps for both iOS and Android. Drivers must be able to find nearby chargers, see live availability, start or stop a session, and view their history. Payments should work with PayPal, standard credit/debit cards and at least one mainstream crypto gateway. • Secure sign-in: two-factor authentication is mandatory for every user account. If you have solid, provable experience building OCPP back-ends and payment-enabled mobile apps, I’d like to see that first. I’m happy to discuss tech stacks—Go, Java, Node, .NET or others for the server; Swift/Kotlin or cross-platform for the apps—so long as performance and maintainability are kept in mind. Deliverables will include source code, installation scripts, a short deployment guide and a quick hand-off session so I can get everything running on my own cloud.
