I’m ready to launch a fast, modern ecommerce site and need an experienced developer who can link a custom React/Next.js frontend (deployed on Vercel) to a WooCommerce backend through the WooCommerce REST API. What I need built • A completely custom-designed storefront, mobile-first and SEO-friendly. • Core ecommerce pages (home, category, product, cart, checkout) rendered with Next.js for lightning-fast performance and excellent Core Web Vitals. • Feature set on the frontend: user reviews and ratings, wishlist & favorites, and personalized product recommendations. • Secure, fully tested checkout that sends order data back to WooCommerce and processes payments via the MercadoPago API. • Physical-product workflow only—no digital downloads or service bookings. • Clean codebase with TypeScript preferred, clear component structure, and environment-based configuration (API keys, endpoints, etc.). • Deploy pipeline to Vercel, including staging and production environments. What I expect from you – Demonstrated success integrating WooCommerce via REST API. – Proven work with Vercel, Next.js, React, and ideally TypeScript. – Prior MercadoPago integrations or strong familiarity with its SDK and webhooks. – Attention to SEO best practices (Server-Side Rendering, schema markup, friendly URLs). – Ability to deliver a functional prototype first, then iterate on design polish and performance tuning. Deliverables 1. Source code in a private Git repository. 2. Vercel deployment configured and live. 3. WooCommerce settings and API credentials documented. 4. Brief hand-off guide covering build, deploy, and basic admin tasks.
