I need a small-scale, proof-of-concept website built in Next.js that I can share via a public link (please do not deploy on Vercel). Fast page speed is essential: Lighthouse scores in the green range will be part of the acceptance check. Core requirements • Front-end pages that highlight multimedia content—mainly images and video clips—so lazy-loading and responsive handling should be in place. • A secure admin panel where I can handle user management, content management and an analytics dashboard, plus basic product and order records. • Checkout flow wired to PayPal, Stripe, Paytm and Razorpay in test mode; a clear interface for swapping to live keys later. • SEO-friendly routing, server-side rendering or static generation where it makes performance sense. Deliverables 1. Source code (Git repository preferred). 2. Deployed link on any platform other than Vercel (e.g., Netlify, AWS, DigitalOcean, Render—your choice). 3. Quick start README with build, env and payment gateway setup steps. 4. One-page admin guide covering how to add media, view orders and read dashboards.
