Preferred tools: AutoCAD or Revit for drawings, SketchUp/3ds Max with V-Ray or Lumion for renders; Adobe Suite for presentation boards. Acceptance criteria 1. Signed-off concept and zoning plan for all renovated areas. 2. Complete GFC (Good-for-Construction) drawing set accurate to ±5 mm. 3. Minimum six high-resolution renders covering every renovated space, matching approved palettes. 4. Final BOQ and specification sheet aligned with drawings. 5. Vendor selection : comparing various contractor per sq ft quotes for various jobs and translating them into overall lumsump amounts for comparison 6. Material selection ( tiles , sanitary ware , lights kitchen) 8. Project management : setting up milestones for labour , conducting quality checks at various stages before bill clearance.
