I currently move customer data back and forth between WhatsApp conversations, my CRM, a MySQL database and a set of Google Sheets / Excel files, and it takes far too long. I would like you to build a set of n8n workflows that take this entire routine off my hands. Scope – Connect the WhatsApp Business API to my Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system through n8n webhooks and HTTP nodes. – Read and write records from my existing MySQL database. – Keep the Google Sheets / Excel reporting files perfectly in-sync with the CRM data (no manual exports). – Run scheduled triggers, clean and re-format fields on the fly, and store an audit trail so I can trace every change. – Detect any failure, log it in a dedicated table and instantly push an alert to me (email, Slack, or WhatsApp—whichever is easiest to wire up). Deliverables • Fully-tested n8n workflows imported into my instance (JSON). • Secure credential setup instructions. • Short, step-by-step documentation with screenshots or a quick loom-style video that shows how to add new credentials, change schedules and extend the flow. • A brief demo or link to previous, similar automations is a big plus and will speed up hiring. Acceptance Criteria 1. A new WhatsApp message to a tracked number appears as a fresh or updated contact in the CRM within 30 seconds. 2. Changes made inside the CRM show in the Google Sheet within five minutes. 3. All numeric, date and phone formats match the schema I provide. 4. Any error writes a row to an “n8n_error_log” table and triggers an alert. 5. I can import your JSON file, press “Activate” and watch it run without edits.
