API Automation Developer for n8n - Integrate VAPI Voice AI with Business Tools (e.g. Ivoris Dental Software) Description: We're looking for an experienced n8n automation developer to build API workflows that connect our VAPI (Voice AI Orchestration) system with various business tools and CRM/ERP systems - starting with Ivoris (a dental practice management software). What you’ll do: - Design and implement n8n workflows that connect VAPI webhooks with external APIs - Integrate patient or client data from Ivoris and similar systems into VAPI call flows - Create triggers and actions (e.g., appointment creation, status updates, reminders) - Ensure secure data handling (GDPR-compliant, token-based authentication, etc.) - Provide documentation for each automation Requirements: - Proven experience with n8n (self-hosted or cloud) - Strong skills in REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data mapping - Familiarity with OAuth2, token-based auth, and secure API design - Experience integrating voice assistants, chatbots, or CRM systems is a plus - Ability to work independently and communicate technical details clearly Bonus Points: - Experience with VAPI.ai or other Voice AI orchestration tools - Prior work with medical/dental practice software (especially Ivoris) - Understanding of GDPR and data protection best practices Deliverables: - Fully functional n8n workflows connecting VAPI with Ivoris (and possibly other APIs) - Step-by-step documentation and setup instructions - Optional: A short Loom or screen recording showing the workflows in action Project Type: - One-time setup with potential for ongoing work (expanding to other integrations like CRM, billing, and scheduling tools).
