Where you feel an existing public-domain clip or document serves the purpose perfectly, feel free to integrate it, but the majority of the material should be your original work. Core topics to cover Teams, Ethics, Strategy, Stakeholders, Risk, Sustainability, Planning, Methodologies, Leadership, Governance, Implementation and AI are non-negotiable. Strategy, Risk and Leadership in particular need extra depth because they carry the most weight for my audience. If you spot other essentials that would help a start-up or voluntary organisation succeed, weave them in.
