Multicolor Character STL Split

I have a single-piece STL of a stylised character that I’d like to run on my Bambu Lab printer in true multicolour. To keep the print time down and eliminate wasted filament, I need the mesh broken into logical, non-overlapping sections: skin, face details, eyes, eyelids, moustache, mouth and any other visible features that would normally be painted. The job is strictly a mesh-editing task. You’ll take the original file I send through chat, slice it into clean, watertight sub-meshes and add simple keys or registration pins so everything snaps together after printing. When I import the parts into Bambu Studio, they must sit in perfect alignment with no hidden intersections; each colour should occupy its own volume. Deliverables • A zipped folder of separate STL (or 3MF) files, one per colour region, all oriented to the same origin • A quick screenshot from Bambu Studio confirming there are no overlaps or red error zones • Short note outlining any special assembly guidance (glue points, pin locations, etc.) It’s a straightforward character model, so I don’t expect any re-sculpting—just precise, production-ready splitting that lets me print multiple colours in one go and stick the parts together afterwards. If this sounds like your kind of mesh work, let’s get started and I’ll share the file right away.
