I’m building a white-label marketplace where every merchant gets a fully branded iOS and Android app without touching the core code. Each store will sell products—specifically retail items —so downloads, license keys, and version updates must be handled seamlessly in the background. Under the hood I want a true multi-tenant architecture: one shared codebase, separate build variants pushed to the App Store and Play Store with unique logos, color palettes, and store names pulled from a configuration file or admin panel. On the web side, every store owner needs an email-and-password-protected dashboard that shows live sales, revenue, transaction history, and basic analytics. From that same portal they should be able to: • Add or edit products and pricing • Upload binaries or download links • Issue refunds or coupons • View exportable CSV reports For acceptance I’ll install the solution on my servers, spin up two demo stores, and publish their branded builds to TestFlight and Google Play Internal Test. If both tenants can sell a test app, process a mock purchase, and the data flows to the right dashboard, the job is done. React Native or Flutter on the frontend and a clean REST/GraphQL API on the backend are preferred, but I’m open to suggestions if the multi-tenant goals stay intact.
