I’m putting together a polished, landscape-oriented PDF that will showcase the full range of trade-show booths my company can supply—traditional in-line setups, sleek modern islands, and completely custom environments. To make the booklet truly compelling I’ll need fresh renderings created from the photos and hand sketches I’ll provide. Think realistic 3D visuals that clearly communicate scale, lighting, and traffic flow, then laid out in a cohesive brochure that feels premium from cover to final page. Because I have little design experience, I’m counting on you to steer the creative process: selecting the right visual style for each booth category, advising on copy placement, and recommending the best balance of imagery, white space, and branding. If you’ve previously designed exhibitor materials or have knowledge of typical show regulations (height limits, sight lines, etc.) that insight will be invaluable. Expected deliverables • Print-ready, high-resolution landscape PDF (multi-page) • All supporting, editable source files (InDesign or Illustrator plus packaged links/fonts, and native 3D files from SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) • Renders for each booth style—traditional, modern, and custom—derived from my reference photos and sketches • A short visual style guide so future updates stay on brand Once hired I’ll send current logos, color values, the reference imagery, and rough page order.
