Every inbound batch must be logged with quantity and expiry, every dispense or transfer must update stock instantly across all sites, and the moment a lot nears its expiry or a threshold is crossed I want an automatic alert. Platform & access The software has to run on Windows and Linux workstations while remaining fully usable on the Android tablets carried on the wards. Only authorised pharmacy admins will log in, so a simple admin-only permission level is enough for now.
