I am building a full-stack HR web application that runs seven specialised AI chatbots—each responsible for a core HR function—and I need an experienced developer to take it from concept to deployment. Chatbot coverage • Employee performance evaluation • Leave and absence management • Payroll and HR-compliance conversations (Other bots will cover recruitment, onboarding and related admin, but your primary focus is on the three areas above.) Key system requirements • Secure employee profile vault that stores personal details, job history, education records (with certificate uploads), company loan and insurance information, all editable through employee self-service. • End-to-end payroll automation: tax calculations and electronic submissions, payslip generation, deductions and benefits management, plus year-end IRA8 filing. Accuracy, audit trail and error handling are non-negotiable. • N8N workflow development: design and implement the flows that connect the chatbots, the payroll engine and any external services through N8N’s API layer. Smooth hand-offs between human users, bots and background jobs are essential. • Modern web front end (responsive) and an admin dashboard for HR managers to monitor chatbot interactions, approve requests and override calculations when needed. • Scalable, secure back end with role-based access control, encryption at rest and in transit, and clear logging for compliance. Deliverables 1. Source-controlled codebase for the webapp, the seven AI chatbot modules and all N8N workflow files. 2. Deployed staging environment for UAT plus instructions for production rollout. 3. Technical documentation covering architecture, data schema, chatbot intents/prompts, N8N flow diagrams and API endpoints. 4. A short demo video walking through key user journeys: employee self-service, manager approval, automated payroll run and year-end filing. Acceptance criteria • All listed HR tasks execute without manual intervention and produce correct outputs checked against sample data sets. • N8N flows recover gracefully from API time-outs and log failures for review. • Security tests show no critical vulnerabilities. • Pages load in under three seconds on average broadband.
