Produce precise drawings for the centre cut-out, bearing ring and platter thickness so the top remains perfectly flush when assembled. 2. Source and install a smooth, load-bearing turntable mechanism that mates cleanly with my motor. 3. Mill, sand and seal the tabletop and platter, then apply a flawless glossy coat. 4. Mount the motor, route cabling discreetly and test run for wobble-free rotation. Materials, hardware and finishing consumables—aside from the motor—should be included in your quote.
