Scope of work • Architecture & installation – set up the latest stable Moodle release on my server, configure databases, caching and SSL. • Plugin enablement – install and validate the official SCORM package plus Tin Can/xAPI plugins, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. • Theme & UX – customise a responsive theme to match my brand colours, logo and navigation flow. • Course framework – create sample categories, enrolment methods, gradebook presets and certificate logic so I can add content straight away. • Reporting – activate learner analytics, completion dashboards and export-ready CSV/PDF outputs. • Security & performance – harden the instance (roles, permissions, cron, backups), optimise load times, and document the approach. • Knowledge transfer – record a short screencast or provide step-by-step notes so my team can manage courses, users and updates.
