I already have a workable 3-D CAD mock-up of my charging unit and now need a skilled mechanical designer to fine-tune it. The main request is to add an LED light beneath the switch cover while making a few small feature additions or removals that fall under general design modifications. I do not have any existing CAD files but I do have a video currently. I am waiting on the files. I would like you to • Keep overall dimensions the same. • Deliver the revised 3-D model plus clean 2-D manufacturing drawings and an exploded view so I can hand everything straight to production. • Ensure parts still fit together smoothly and flag any clearance or tolerance issues you notice. SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or comparable mechanical design software is acceptable as long as you can supply the final files in both native and neutral formats. Quick turnaround is important, and I’m happy to answer questions or share screenshots of the current model before we start.
