I need a fresh, modern concept for the exterior of my new retail store. The goal is to create an inviting façade that instantly communicates quality while drawing foot-traffic from the street. Key design priorities • A sleek, contemporary look that aligns with modern retail aesthetics. • Floor-to-ceiling large windows that showcase merchandise and flood the interior with natural light. • Elegant, illuminated signage that stands out day or night and complies with standard lighting regulations. I’m open to additional ideas—digital displays or subtle interactive features could work if they complement the overall design—but the windows and signage are non-negotiable centrepieces. Deliverables I expect 1. Mood board and colour/material palette. 2. 2D elevation and annotated plan in PDF. 3. A basic 3D visual (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) to communicate massing, lighting, and façade materials. 4. Source files so my contractor can take precise measurements.
