I’m looking for an experienced web developer (or small team) to build a modern recruiting platform MVP using Next.js (React) and Tailwind CSS. The platform will serve as a bridge between junior golfers and college coaches, allowing player data entry, AI-driven profile generation, and a coach portal for search and evaluation. Next.js (React) + Tailwind CSS PostgreSQL (or your recommended managed DB) API routes (server actions / REST endpoints) Optional: AI integration for player profile summaries Deployment: Vercel (preferred) with GitHub integration and CI/CD Deliverables: Full MVP including: Player questionnaire and onboarding flow Database integration for player stats and preferences AI-generated profile (text summary based on stats) Resume builder (PDF export / print-friendly) Coach portal with filters (region, campus size, football culture, etc.) Admin controls for player/coach roles Responsive UI for desktop and mobile Requirements: Authentication (players, coaches, admin) Database integration (player data, questionnaire results) CSV/PDF import sample flow Fast, secure, and scalable architecture Clean, modern UI with Tailwind Deployment to Vercel Documentation and GitHub hand-off Additional Notes: Code ownership will remain with me (source + docs required).
