Outdoor bbq, seating facing the view. – Specify contemporary outdoor furniture pieces that suit the footprint and climate. – Integrate layered, energy-efficient lighting (ambient, task, and accent) for evening use. – Provide mood boards or 3D visualizations so I can clearly see materials, colors, and textures before committing. – Supply a concise plant list and lighting fixture schedule with purchase links or product specs. - provide technical drawings for plumbing and insulation and etc . - design for value engineering and sustainable use. Expect CAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or comparable design files plus high-resolution renders in formats I can share with contractors.
