Scope – Model or refine the lobby and stair volumes from the CAD/PDF I provide. – Propose modern lighting fixtures that create depth and highlight circulation paths. – Plan furniture placement for both waiting and transition zones, balancing comfort with traffic flow. – Curate decorative art pieces or wall treatments that add personality without cluttering the space. Deliverables • High-resolution still renders from at least three strategic angles (lobby overview, stair perspective, eye-level seating view). • Native 3D file in the software you use (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Blender are all fine) with textures and lighting set up. • One revision round after the first draft so final visuals perfectly match the intention. To keep things moving, I’ll share reference images and floor plans as soon as we kick off, and I’d like the first draft renders within a week. Modern flair, thoughtful lighting, and a clear sense of flow are the priorities.
