I’m finalising the interior package for a new-build and need a detailed 3D model that shows the entrance lobby and the main staircase exactly as it will be built. The space is double height and should read clean, bright and distinctly modern, with the stair structure itself finished in wood. A key part of the brief is lighting: my priority is dedicated stair lighting that makes every tread safe and visually striking. I’m happy to see ideas that weave in recessed fittings, pendants or discreet wall sconces where they support the overall concept, but the focus must remain on an elegant, integrated “stairs lighting” solution. Deliverables I expect • A fully editable 3D model (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar) covering lobby, stairs and all lighting elements • 3–4 high-resolution, photorealistic renders from agreed viewpoints • A simple lighting plan indicating fixture types and locations • Source files plus exported formats (DWG/FBX/OBJ) for my architect Please keep the geometry clean and organised so my contractor can extract dimensions easily.
