I need a web-based loan disbursement platform built from scratch with a clean, modern interface. On the public side, users must be able to create an account, log in, submit a loan application, and return later to see the real-time status of that request. Behind the scenes an admin panel should let me manage those users, approve or reject individual applications, and pull concise reports that summarise activity and performance. Feel free to choose a tech stack you are comfortable with—React or Vue for the front end, Laravel, Node, or Django for the back end, and a relational database such as MySQL or PostgreSQL would all work nicely—so long as the result is fast, secure, and easy for a non-technical operator to navigate. A responsive layout that works just as smoothly on mobile as on desktop is essential. Deliverables • Fully functional user-facing site (registration, login, application form, status tracking). • Password-protected admin panel (user management, loan approval/rejection workflow, downloadable or printable reports). • Source code in a version-controlled repository plus a short setup guide so I can deploy it on a standard VPS.
