The brief is straightforward: produce an accurate set of interior and exterior floor plans for the entire property and follow them up with photorealistic 3-D visualisations in a clean, modern style. Here’s what I’m expecting from you: • Scaled 2-D floor plans for every level, clearly indicating walls, openings, fixtures and key dimensions. • Exterior layout with façade treatments, window/door placements and basic site context. • A coordinated 3-D model (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar—use the tool you’re most comfortable with) that reflects the plans. • Four to six high-resolution renders showcasing the main living spaces, master suite, kitchen, plus two exterior angles. • Source files (DWG, RVT, SKP, etc.) and print-ready PDFs on completion.
